Providing leadership for teams or department comes second nature to Simon who has extensive leadership experience gained through both his career in IM&T but also through voluntary work where he is responsible for over 500 volunteers.

With an extensive technical background Simon is able to work effectively within all key areas of IM&T providing support, encouragement and strong leadership to team members.
